This website is operated by Seven Resins. Throughout the site, the terms “we”, “us” and “our” refer to Seven Resins. Seven Resins offers this website, including all information, tools and Services available from this site to you, the user, conditioned upon your acceptance of all terms, conditions, policies and notices stated here.
You are responsible for your ability to access the Platforms, and ensuring that all persons who access the Platforms through your internet or mobile connection are aware of this Agreement and comply with it.
Changes to the Terms of Use
We reserve the right to change this Agreement, in whole or in part, from time to time at our sole discretion, and to provide you with notice of such change by any reasonable means, including without limitation posting the revised version of these terms of use on the Site. Whenever we make changes to this Agreement, we will post those changes here. You are expected to check this page frequently so you are aware of any changes, as they are binding on you. Your use of the Platforms following any such modification constitutes your understanding of and agreement to the terms and conditions of the current modified Agreement. The date of the most recent update is listed at the end of this document.
Online Store & Orders
By agreeing to our Terms of Use, you represent that you are at least the age of majority in your state or region, and you have given us your consent to allow your minor dependents use of our Services.
Seven Resins sells products designed for adult use, and for individuals capable of making transitions with USD, credit cards and debit cards. Although our products are not designed specifically for children, products such as our soaps are available to be used by people of all ages. We reserve the right to refuse service, terminate accounts, remove or edit content, or cancel orders at our sole discretion, including, without limitation, if we believe that user conduct violates applicable law or is harmful to the interests of Seven Resins or its affiliates.
Colors
Seven Resins has made every effort to display as accurately as possible the colors of our products that appear on the Platforms. As the actual colors you see depend on your specific computer monitor or mobile device, however, we cannot guarantee the accuracy of your monitor’s or device’s representation of any color.
Ingredients & Delayed Orders
Some of the products produced through Seven Resins include ingredient which require business with international services. As a result of supply chain disruptions due to events such as the COVID-19 pandemic, delays may apply to specific Orders. All Order that receive such delays will be notified through email. No additional discounts or related benefits will be provided to Orders that fall under this category.
Shipping & Information Accuracy
We reserve the right to refuse or restrict any Order the User chooses to place with us. We may, in our sole discretion, limit or cancel quantities purchased per person, per household or per order. These restrictions may include orders placed by or under the same customer account, the same credit card, and/or orders that use the same billing and/or shipping address. In the event that we make a change to or cancel an order, we may attempt to notify you by contacting the e-mail and/or billing address/phone number provided at the time the order was made. We reserve the right to limit or prohibit orders that, in our sole judgment, appear to be placed by dealers, resellers or distributors.
You agree to provide current, complete and accurate purchase and account information for all purchases made at our store. You agree to promptly update your account and other information, including your email address and credit card numbers and expiration dates, so that we can complete your transactions and contact you as needed.
Orders & Local Deliveries
Seven Resins is currently offering Free Shipping via a local delivery service for Orders placed in the Hudson Valley, New York. However, additional rates may apply based on distance from our current location of production (currently in Monroe, NY as of 2024).
- All Orders placed in the Mid-Hudson Valley receive no additional rates through this delivery service. This includes Dutchess, Orange, Putnam, Rockland, Sullivan, Ulster, and Westchester county.
- All Order placed in the Upper Hudson Valley are subjected to an additional charge as a result of extended travel distances. This applies to Greene, Albany, Rensselaer and Columbia county. Please contact us for additional information.
- We do not accept orders placed over the phone.

- We accept the following payment options: PayPal, American Express, Visa, MasterCard, and Discover credit cards.
- Sales tax applies to orders shipped to AL, AR, AZ, CA, CO, CT, DC, FL, GA, HI, IA, ID, IL, IN, KS, KY, LA, MA, ME, MD, MI, MN, MO, MS, NC, NE, NJ, NM, NV, NY, OH, OK, PA, RI, SC, SD, TN, TX, UT, VA, VT, WA, WI, WV, WY.
- If your Order is damaged, please contact us Here within 72 hours of the day your Order arrives.
- We offer free shipping via USPS for all United States orders with a minimum purchase of $100, except for Alaska, Hawaii and Puerto Rico.
- Weight-based rates are available for shipments to Alaska, Hawaii, and Puerto Rico.
